Join me at The Red Barn in Waterloo NY for a special Sunday soundbath session hosted by Yoga with Suzette. Tips for maximum enjoyment:
-Wear loose, comfortable clothing
-Refrain from eating 1 hour before the practice
-Limited yoga props will be available, please bring any personal props to ensure your comfort (mat, bolster/pillow, fuzzy blankets, eye mask, etc.)
-Please silence your phone or leave it outside
-Kindly arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we begin
