Sunday Sound - June 29th

Join me at The Red Barn in Waterloo NY for a special Sunday soundbath session hosted by Yoga with Suzette. Relax into a tapestry of etheric crystal singing bowls, atmospheric chimes, grounding gongs, and an ocean drum that ebbs and flows with the tides of your breath. Every tone, every vibration clearing the mind and drawing you closer to the peaceful calm within.
Gently returning from this deep listening sound immersion, you'll find yourself not just refreshed, but recharged with an energizing stillness. Carry this tranquility with you back into the world, transformed and ready to flow with life's rhythms, no matter what the dance brings.
Tips for maximum enjoyment:
-Wear loose, comfortable clothing
-Refrain from eating 1 hour before the practice
-Limited yoga props will be available, please bring any personal props to ensure your comfort (mat, bolster/pillow, fuzzy blankets, eye mask, etc.)
-Please silence your phone or leave it outside
-Kindly arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we begin

Wisdom of Sound & Sages
Join us for a special soundbath honoring the evolution, significance, and practice of OṂ. Treat yourself to a deeply immersive, full body listening experience with the sounds of etheric crystal singing bowls, atmospheric chimes and gongs and the cleansing ocean drum. Audrey of Goin’ OM with Yoga Bhoga will provide yoga props and guidance into deep relaxation, as well as voicing the words of wisdom from various Upaniṣads and the Pātañjalayogaśāstra highlighting the sacred syllable OṂ.
